It's a Saturday night and Im back in town..
Thanks to my friends who were unfortunately unavailable tonight, here I am, stuck at home with my fave coffee and raindrops as my background music (lol, kiddin thank God for spotify).
Anyways, Its actually a perfect opportunity to revive my blog.
It has been two years since my last post, and it was a crazy wonderful ride for me and I thought of sharing this to everyone, how my dreams moved me.
If you were able to read my last entry before this one, I mentioned there that I was waiting for the "golden call", so as not to spoil things before, it was actually "the call' for my job confirmation as a Flight Attendant. Yes, my dream job, finally! After 3 years of patiently trying for 9 different Airlines, 3 times for my current employer, my passion and persistence had led me 36,000 feet above sea level. Now flying for almost two years, I was once again blessed with new set of friends, countless memorable experiences and an opportunity to travel and visit 3 different countries to date and more "X"-iting destinations to come :)
Let the pictures speak for themselves ( in random order) :)

I actually have like a gazillion of photos to post but it might appear like I'm uploading an album for Photobucket already, lol.
But of course like any other job, everyday is not a perfect day. In fact, its not an easy job at all.
I was once underestimated of aspiring to have this job, because their perception was we were just sky servants and what have you. Yeah it was pretty glamorous to do a catwalk on airports with our awesome uniform on BUT there's more to that.
For two months we had a rigid "sunog-kilay" training, the moment I opened the first page of our manual (a book that we need to religiously study and know by heart) I was just in awe. We had sleepless nights and came to a point of almost giving up. The training was harder than my 4 years in college but with my drive and eagerness to fly, I was able to complete it and I'm now head held high because there is more than just that pretty smile who welcomes passengers on board. And despite the misfortunes happening at the aviation industry right now, I will always choose to pursue flying. Because the view from the top is as amazing as how you see it from the ground, because its priceless when you receive gestures of gratitude from random people around the country/globe and simply because I love what I do and I so I call it more as my hobby not my job.
So to all "FA" aspirants out there or whatever dream you have in mind, never ever give up on that dream of yours, I was able to make it happen and so can you. It's just a matter of perseverance, passion and FAITH.
And its a wrap for tonight... How can I not post about my fave topic?
To be continued...
xoxo,
